How do I keep track of my transfer?
Your transfer will appear in your transaction history in online banking in real-time, plus, you'll receive an email notification when the transfer has left your account and when it arrives at the recipient's account.
How long does the transfer take?
Quick next-day delivery in North America and up to two business days everywhere else.
What are the exchange rates?
With live pricing, you get the real exchange rate - every time.
What are the fees?
If the transfer is less than CAD $500, a $2.50 fee applies. Anything over $500 is free. A few exceptions apply, including transfers in INR, PHP, HUF, CZK, DKK, THB, KRW, AED, BHD, IDR, MYR, ARS, RON.
How do I know how much the recipient will receive?
With our guaranteed transfer amount, what is sent is what is received— there are no deductions ever.
How safe is my transfer?

Which accounts can I send transfers from?
Transfers can only be sent from Canadian dollar chequing accounts.
Why is the service not available to businesses?
Because of verification and anti-money launder procedures, the service is only available to personal members for the time being.
Can I send funds from my US / Euro accounts?
No, the service only works when funding from a Canadian dollar account.

Incoming wire information
For incoming wire transfers, please ensure that you have provided accurate and complete information which can be found below. If you have provided the sender with incorrect or incomplete information, the funds may not arrive in a timely fashion or in the intended currency. All incoming euro wire transfers arrive in Canadian dollars and will be credited to your Canadian dollar account.
