Northern Birch Credit Union will never send you an unsolicited email or message asking for any confidential information – this includes information such as your PIN, password or card numbers. If you do receive an email of this nature, please contact us directly in branch and let us know. Direct deposit or pre-authorized debit forms are available to download through online banking. Just navigate to your chequing account and find the form there. Not registered for online banking? Give us a call in branch today!

You can now order cheques within Online Banking.

  • First, click My Accounts.
  • Next, select your bank account, then click Order Cheques.

​Follow the prompts to submit your order. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your new cheques.
